I am looking for a housemate to share the front 2br unit of a well maintained Craftsman duplex. The duplex is nestled on a peaceful street tucked in the hillside of Montecito Heights with street parking. The unit has a living room, dining room a couple build-outs for books etc.
The available bedroom is unfurnished.
There is also a side entrance to the unit off the driveway. The entrance goes into extra room for whatever purpose that would work for the unit. Lots of natural light.
This gem is conveniently adjacent/ close to Dwtn, Highland Park, Mt. Washington, and S. Pasadena. The duplex is close to supermarkets and various small businesses (eateries, bowling, movies, etc) on Figueroa St.
Close to 110/5 fwy interchange. Just a 20min walk to Southwest Museum station (Blue line) and hiking trails at Ernest E. Debs Park.
