El Sereno room available

This is the room thats available, it has its own love seat, tv, kitchenette, and ample closet space.

Hello! I have a large bedroom with bath available in my El Sereno condo! Room will be available June 1, with flexibility if you need to move in earlier. You would be living with my partner and I. This room has a mini fridge, microwave, small pantry, and toaster. It is like it’s own mini apartment! You are of course welcome to use the bigger kitchen when needed. Things to know:

~$1,400/month, all utilities (including internet) minus electric which we would split because it varies so much in summer. (prorated if not a full month)
~$800 deposit to be returned in full if no damage is incurred

About me:
~I’m a teacher (yoga teacher and at a school) amongst many other things and I mostly work at home (in a dedicated separate space), and also go to yoga studios for work.
~I foster and sit dogs from time to time, and don’t expect my roommate to care for them but you must be cool with a dog being around 🙂
~ Willing to chat and maybe watch a movie, but I mostly keep to myself.
~I hike a lot and would be happy to hit up a trail with you!

I live with my partner, about him:
~Entertainment Lawyer, works from home in a separate space but mostly at coffee shops.
~Trombonist, he practices at home but uses a mute so it isn’t super loud.
~Music lover, very easy going and kind.

I bought this condo with the intent of having roommates come and go and I’ve really enjoyed being a safe buffer space for women transitioning in and out of LA instead of having a long term person. That said, the last person ended up living with us over 2.5 years! He only moved out to get his own place with his girlfriend (who also lived with us for a year) So the lease will start at 2 months and go month to month after if it feels like a good fit for all. Couples are okay, rent will be slightly adjusted for couples to compensate for the shared space.
