Looking for a new roommate who is ideally a gay male over 25 with a stable income.

If not gay, that's ok, just be tolerant the lifestyle especially of occasional guests I may have over.... which you're welcome to bring so as well.

I travel and go out of town once in a while so if you wouldn't mind watering my plants that would also be great. I would return the favor if needed.

This is a two bedroom shared full bathroom in a medium sized 15 unit bldg.

This is a pretty chill household in a quiet neighborhood. Second floor stair access. Little to no loud music, smoking is outside if desired. Quiet time after 10 PM.
