Apartment is extremely conveniently located about 2 minutes from both the 5 and 2 Freeways, allowing for easy access to all the nearby freeways (110, 10, 134, 210). This wonderful location is also walking distance to the LA River Trail, lots of cute coffee shops, breweries, bars, etc. It’s a pretty safe area (considering it’s Los Angeles) with police patrolling the area regularly. You really get to enjoy the city life while still being in a quiet little pocket of LA.
I am looking for a young professional female that enjoys a peaceful, chill environment who is respectful of boundaries and keeping common areas clean. Prefer someone who is okay with dogs!
