$1,200 Private Bedroom (near DTLA and Pasadena)

We have a private bedroom available for $1200 per month, including utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet. We are looking for a working professional roommate for a relatively quiet house and neighborhood.

The residence is a 4-bedroom house near the 110 freeway, just 10 minutes from Downtown LA and Pasadena. The house is currently shared with 2 other people in their mid-thirties, male and female.

The room size is approximately 10 x 14 feet.

Street parking is readily available. Shared kitchen and laundry room.
