The residence is a 4-bedroom house near the 110 freeway, just 10 minutes from Downtown LA and Pasadena.

The available room measures 10 feet by 13 feet.

Street parking is readily available.

Amenities include a shared bathroom with a shower (shared with one person) and exclusive use of the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. You will also have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and a small gym area.
