This place is beautiful. The neighborhood is chill and has lots of cute spots walking distance. The house includes living room, dining room, nice kitchen, big deck, cute yard, fire pit, parking, natural light, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, nice gas stove/oven, marble countertops, fruit trees, and more! The available room is 11.5ft x 10.5ft with 8ft closet, 2 windows, 8ft+ high ceiling, wood floor, and locking door.
I am looking for 1 roommate who has full time work, is calm and patient and kind, is fairly tidy, good with communication, likes eclectic music, no hard drugs, creative, and generally open minded.
I am 40 yrs old but I get mistaken for 10 years younger OR older because I am active, silly, adventurous, as well as mature, calm, patient. I will be cooking(vegetarian) a lot, playing records, games, dancing, gardening, having friends over, going out, building something, working from home 1/2 the time, discussing the nuances of my cup of coffee or glass of whiskey, and watching movies. My best friend is a gay Persian female and you will love her. I am currently single, but I don't sleep around or date a new girl every week.
Having/creating a sense of positive community in my home is very important to me, even if we don't exactly become active friends.
