Sublet in Lincoln Heights - 1BR bright, updated

I'm going out of town for about a month and seeking a subletter for my 1 BR/1 BA rental in Lincoln Heights, just south of Highland Park. Price is $600/week. My ideal dates are April 25 - May 20, but I have some flexibility, especially on the back end. Preference is for a 2-week minimum stay.

The unit is freshly renovated (I'm the first tenant post-reno) and has everything you need: TV, high-speed wifi, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit laundry, desk area with monitor/keyboard/mouse, dresser, closet, mini-split for heat/AC.

The back patio area is shared with the landlords, a friendly professional couple who live in the home upstairs. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, and they expect the same from a tenant — no loud music, no parties.

The apartment is walking distance to the Heritage Square Metro stop and on a bus line that takes you to the center of Highland Park in under 15 minutes. If you're an out-of-towner, the use of my car (Prius hatchback) is an option for an additional fee. Street parking only, but it's pretty easy in this area.

Looking for someone who'll be respectful of the space. The landlords are cool with me subletting, but since they live upstairs, a brief Zoom/FaceTime conversation with them is a requirement, to be sure it's a good fit.
