Spacious private master bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom in a quiet 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in a small 5-unit building in Santa Monica.

Rent is $1,200/month and includes electricity, gas and high-speed internet. Month-to-month arrangement; looking for someone planning to stay at least three months. Shared kitchen, laundry on site and Santa Monica street parking permit included.

Great Santa Monica location within walking distance of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, coffee shops and public transportation, with convenient access to UCLA and the beach.

The arrangement is primarily for your private bedroom and bathroom along with shared use of the kitchen. I work from home and use the living room as my home office, so the living room is not generally considered a shared common area. This is best suited for someone who enjoys having their own private space and appreciates a quiet, low-traffic home.

I’m the only other person living in the apartment. I’m quiet, clean, respectful and easygoing, work from home and generally keep an early schedule. I’m looking for a roommate who is similarly respectful, clean and independent and who appreciates a quiet place to come home to.

No guests during the first 30 days. After that, I’m open to occasional guests once we’ve established a comfortable and respectful living arrangement.

I’m not in a rush and am more interested in finding the right fit for both of us.
