I've lived here 9 years and would not live anywhere else in Los Angeles. It is THE MOST incredible neighborhood in the city. Walk out to coffee, shops, grocery, shopping, beach. Thriving and upscale neighborhood with the best vibe in LA.

My last roommate lived here over a year and is moving in with her amazing boyfriend. The place has great energy!
I love music, poetry, art, and theatre.
I hybrid work from home / out of the home. 
If you also work from home we just need to communicate about schedule. There is high speed internet and an extra desk in the place.
I use my home as a Sanctuary to unwind.
I prefer watching great movies, eating great food, pleasant conversation, and quiet music to anything else.
I don’t do well around loud music or loud people.
I keep my home energy positive and considerate.
