IDEAL CANDIDATE: One trustworthy, responsible, respectful & clean person who will treat the place as if it was their own. Reliable source of income 2-3 times the monthly rent. No pets & no smoking. Female preferred.

PARKING & LAUNDRY: Free street parking right in front with easily obtained permit. Laundry in the building. Potential for private parking spot in garage from mid Feb onwards.

ABOUT ME: 33-year-old female British writer who WFH. I love cooking, surfing, fashion, art, reading, and the beach. I like a chill and cozy home.
