Room in North Torrance

We have a 10' by 10' room with a closet at Torrance Terrace Apartments which is Rent Controlled.
There are 2 bathrooms but one is mainly for this listed room (while the other bathroom is mine). There is a W & D in our apt. Plenty of outlets here.
Large living room. Dishwashing machine and garbage disposal (we, of course, have furnished kitchen-fridge&freezer, microwave, stovetop oven, etc)
Pool and excercise area (basic gym equipment) outdoors. Only cats welcome per landlord's policy.

Right next to El Camino Community College.
Multi-Family apartment technically means no smoking/vaping anywhere on property at any time.
(However there are no explicit rules against simply being cannabis-friendly or having alcohol, etc)

We are paying for Internet & gas. Water is free. Looking for new roomate to pay electricity.

Moving in means Torrance Terrance Apartment asks for a $60 application fee if interested, and provides employment verification & background check.

(if you apply and either change your mind or, aren't approved, open to refunding the $60 application fee)
