Roommate recently moved out to be closer to work.
Apartment is two private bedrooms but I have converted the dining room area in the back into another bedroom. I'm not there a majority of the year and you are welcome to pass through this area to go to the balcony.
Your room (about 10 ft by 10 ft with a decent closet) would be one of the original privates, not the converted space
Also two full bathrooms. One is in my brother's room and mostly treated as his in terms of upkeep. The other is in hallway and shared.

Roommate still needs to remove his stuff. If you want single bed, TV stand, shelf, etc left in room so you dont need to attain these things, let us know.

My brother in the other room tends to stay in there if he's home but you should feel totally welcome to utilize the living room as well as your room.

I have a cat that I take with me while I'm gone but he will be there if I'm ever home. He's adorable and friendly to all.

Complex is mostly families and retired people, we try to respect the quiet for the most part.

There is a pool and basic gym equipment in the center of the complex.
I love that we have two big parks, grocery stores, and convenience stores all within walking distance.

If your main focus is work and / or school, and you think you'll mostly be keeping to yourself, that is just fine! Need to make sure we all respect each other and get along on a basic level, but it's just fine to have our separate adult lives. Mainly important that we all do our fair share of keeping things clean and accessible in the common spaces.
