I’m putting this ad up because one of my roommates recently moved out. It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. I’m not advertising on behalf of the landlord. I am posting this in hopes of getting a decent roommate. Someone who is open to communicate and doesn’t cause issues in the house. Myself and other roommate are working professionals 9-5. we usually keep to ourselves and it’s relatively quiet. We split the wifi bill and clean around the house as needed.
