Extra Bedroom for Rent

I’m renting a bedroom perfect for a college male student or single male. The room is nicely furnished with a queen size bed, desk with task light, end table, lamp, and chest of drawers. . The house is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood in north Pomona, near Cal Poly, Western University, Mt. Sac, and University of La Verne, and other local colleges. The home has a great patio with seating area outside for studying and reading with a water feature and fire pit. You will enjoy staying here as my current roommate and I are very quiet and really clean and awesome housemates. There is plenty of closet space and storage. A large screen television. Fast internet WiFi is also available.

A washer and dryer is available on site. You can have access to the kitchen for a light meal preparations. I have it stocked with a microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, toaster, and more.

I have 2 other roommates who are attending local universities. We are all pretty clean and respectful. We keep our rooms tidy and keep the house clean. No couples or overnight guests allowed .
