Move in policy: option for weekly payments
1. Sign a rental contract
2. Pay a $1000 security deposit.
3. Pay the First month’s rent - $1,200 or $1,300 (depends on the room that you rent) October’s rent would be prorated according to the move in date.
4. Total move in - $2,200 or *2,300. (This does Not include the $100 non refundable Per pet fee - if applicable.) Cats only
5. On the second month of tenancy (November) - your rent would be $300 /325 per week payable by Zelle on the Sunday of each week. OR, pay the rent monthly.

A shared space with your own private bedroom/private space.
Each area locked and separate keyed entrances.

Shared areas - bathroom; kitchen and pantry.

$1,200 per month for the smaller bedroom. Plus security deposit.
$1,300 per month for the larger space. Plus security deposit.
An alternative to apartments, hotels; etc.

Open to Short term rentals - (3 to 6 months).
Short term occupancy might require advance rent payment and offer a lower security deposit.

Conveniently located close to the 405 and 105 Frwys.

Sports fans; music fans - the Forum and SoFi stadium are approximately one mile from your home.

Fast food; convenience stores; grocery store, etc, within walking distance.

4 miles from LAX; 8 miles from Santa Monica; 3 miles from Culver City; 5 miles from Marina Del Rey; Playa Del Rey/Playa Vista/ Vista Del Mar; 10 miles from Torrance; 9 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills; 12 miles from Hollywood and Downtown LA.

No Washer or dryer on the premises; but, a couple of laundromats are within walking /driving distance/nearby.
No AC available.

Will consider cats.
All parties sharing the guesthouse space must be in agreement regarding pets; etc.

Amenities: fenced in yard; large shared yard with main house; private yard area around the guesthouse; private gated entrance; small front and back porches; Off street parking for one or two vehicles if needed or there is sufficient street parking; bonus room (great for storage);

Gas and Electric shared between tenants.
