This space has to be seen to be appreciated.

Share an unfurnished / semi-furnished cozy and private guesthouse in a quiet area North of the SoFi Stadium.

Shared areas - bathroom; kitchen and pantry.

$1,100 per month for the bedroom. Plus security deposit.
Rent payment option available - May pay weekly after the first month.

An alternative to apartments, hotels; etc.

Open to Short term rentals - (3 to 6 months).

Short term occupancy might require advance rent payment and a lower security deposit.

WEEKLY payment option available. Just ask.

Conveniently located close to the 405 and 105 Frwys.

Sports fans; music fans - the Forum and SoFi stadium are approximately one mile from your home.

Fast food; convenience stores; grocery store, etc, within walking distance.

4 miles from LAX; 8 miles from Santa Monica; 3 miles from Culver City; 5 miles from Marina Del Rey; Playa Del Rey/Playa Vista/ Vista Del Mar; 10 miles from Torrance; 9 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills; 12 miles from Hollywood and Downtown LA.

Public transit a few steps away.

Or, use Uber/Lyft from Door to Door for a Stress free commute.

No Washer or dryer on the premises; but, a couple of laundromats are within walking distance/nearby.

No AC available.

Will consider pets.

All parties sharing the guesthouse space must be in agreement regarding pets; etc.

Amenities: fenced in yard; large shared yard with main house; private yard area around the guesthouse; private gated entrance; small front and back porches; Off street parking for one or two vehicles if needed or there is sufficient street parking; bonus room (great for some storage);

Utilities provided: Water; Trash

Gas and Electric cost shared between tenants.
