Within my 2 bdrm 2 bath duplex, I'm making 1 bdrm, super clean, carpeted, available for the "right" person. You will have your private bath and shower (en suite), located directly adjacent to your bedroom.

NOTE:
The bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished if you are in need of a furnished room.

The unit is located in the rear of a one-level duplex. (see photos) The exterior of the duplex is maintained in a clean and orderly manner and is landscaped regularly.

Question: Do you "hate" making those dreaded trips to do your laundry? I share your exact sentiment.

Here's the Good News... Happily, there's no hassle of going to the laundromat or doing your laundry in a shared washroom. Why? Because there's a washer and dryer inside my living space for your use (which is included in your monthly rent), it's pretty convenient. Right!

Your monthly rent includes, at no additional cost, full use of the washer/dryer, living area, appliances, all utilities, Wi-Fi, apartment insurance, dishwasher, full kitchen privileges, air conditioning, and, for added security, an ADT alarm system is installed.

About The Area:

The duplex is situated on a lovely, tree-lined street, which features well-maintained lawns, clean streets, and an overall pleasant environment.

It's a peaceful single-family residential neighborhood. We know our neighbors, and they reflect pride in ownership. We have an active Neighborhood Block Club.

Additionally, the ample and easy street parking makes for no hassle.

NOTE: I've lived in this neighborhood for 8 years now and never had a problem with safety. My roommate of 3.5 years moved, and I've had a temporary roommate for a few months. She will be moving soon.

My long-term male IT professional roommate, with whom I shared a 3.5-year relationship, had an excellent, peaceful, respectful, and trusting relationship. He moved to Orange County to be closer to his job.

My roommate, who previously rented from me for 3 years, continues to have a great relationship and has moved out of state.

Additionally, the duplex is located within a short driving distance to the "magical" 401-acre Kenneth Hahn Regional Park.

Kaiser Hospital, Centinela Freeman Medical Center, and other medical facilities are all in proximity.
