Looking for a great roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on the border of Studio City/Universal City/North Hollywood! I am moving in on 11/7, so looking for anyone as early as then. Currently unfurnished!

Rent: $1,275/month + shared gas and electric

The room has its own private bathroom a few steps outside of the bedroom with hardwood floors. It’s actually being redone this week, which you’ll see in the pictures. The available bedroom is unfurnished and a bit on the smaller side, with a little nook that faces the window (pictured). If you're on a budget, aiming to live in this area, and don't have a ton of stuff, it's a fantastic setup!

I'm looking for someone who is considerate, communicative, and respectful+clean with shared spaces. Would love to also get along with the person, too, but don't need to be your best friend or anything, either. You will also need to be approved by the building management.

Ideally, I'm looking for a 6-month commitment, though I'm open to being flexible for the right person and the right fit. I'd rather find someone I genuinely get along with than rush into an arrangement that isn't a good match.
