Hi there!

I am a musician living in North Hollywood in a 2bed/1.5 bath ADU detached unit. It's a beautiful unit very close to Arts District and easy access to 170/101, 134, and 5 freeways.

Room is a large bedroom with private half-bath and walk-in closet. It also includes a large office/studio space great for any type of remote work.

Shared bathroom / shower with my roommate Kevin who is a very chill and fun roommate. Very organized and clean, he stays in a small room outside by the living room.
