ABOUT THE APARTMENT/ROOM:
The bedroom is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom, a walk in closet and a balcony. The room has one shared wall with the second bedroom (mine).

The living room is a good size and can easily fit a L-Shaped couch, coffee table and large tv. including a couple of shelves. Just so you get a feeling for the size of the apartment. I already have a couch, coffee table and tv console, tv and another shelving unit.

The kitchen is a little smaller. It's best to only have one person in it at once. There is an oven with a range, a dishwasher and refrigerator. Everything is in good shape.

I would prefer no cats or dogs, but there is always a maybe! So feel free to reach out.

The apartment building itself is quiet with no loud music or neighbors. It has an underground parking garage and my apartment has tandem parking. If you have an electric car there are a handful of electric charging stations around the neighborhood. Most are in walking distance.

There is also a large park just across the street from the apartment with plenty of running paths and picnic areas. There is also a public library and pool, basketball courts and tennis courts on the corner of Magnolia and Tujunga.

The apartment is in the NoHo Arts District and has plenty of bars, restaurants and an independent film theatre that plays blockbuster movies and indie films.

ABOUT ME:
I am a 31 year old film post production professional that also works with horses and at Universal Studios Hollywood. I work almost everyday of the week. I keep to myself mostly with my cat in my room. I have adhd and depression so sometimes I’m not the best at getting to my dishes, but I always at least rinse them off.
I love books, movies, video games and I am an artist and love to paint. I’m a huge punk music lover and love going to small punk shows.
