You: pays the rent on time every time, drama-free, minimally impactful, works mostly outside the house though not opposed to WFH. Open to male or female apt mates. Not much room for communal stuff except kitchen ware. Plenty of space for dishes, utensils, pots/pans, but not for furniture. There's storage in a shared garage you would be welcome to use.

I'm very vaguely open to other pets on a case by case basis.

You wouldn't be on the lease but I would write up an informal month to month agreement we would both sign. 30 days notification to move out, etc. Ideally you'd be here 6 months to a year, but I'm extremely flexible on length of stay.

Parking: plentiful on the street. I would get you a permit so you could park anywhere.
