Modern bedroom available in townhouse

I’m offering a comfortable private bedroom on the main floor of a modern townhouse home. The room is conveniently located just to the right as you enter, providing easy access without having to go upstairs.

The bedroom is cozy and functional, with a bed currently available, but I’m happy to remove it if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

You’ll also have access to the shared living room, which includes a large TV and sofa you’re welcome to enjoy, as well as a kitchen/kitchenette area and a modern bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is an additional bathroom on this floor also.

There is currently no dedicated parking space available, as the garage is being used for storage, but this may change in the future. Street parking is generally available nearby.

The location is incredibly convenient and very walkable, with Ralphs grocery store, juice bars, a pharmacy, dentist, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of other shops all within walking distance. The street is quiet and feels very safe, and Studio City is just a short distance away.

I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing who will feel at home and enjoy the space!

I also have a very cute, small Cavapoo who is incredibly friendly and loves people! He also gets along really well with other dogs. He’s generally quiet, although he does like to bark when someone comes to the door, so he’s a little watchdog!

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who enjoys being around dogs and would be happy sharing the home with him.

Ideally looking for short term room mate 3 months -6 month but open to longer.
