I'm Angel and I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the top floor in the middle of Noho. 
Looking to rent out 1 room + private bathroom to a chill roommate. I am the only other person living in the unit.
About me: I'm a 32 yr old woman working in merchandising. I'm nerdy, cheerful, very laid back and just looking for someone similar. Animation industry folks would feel very at home here!
I have one cat who lives with me who is incredibly friendly but also happily stays in my room. I can potentially allow a new roommate to have a pet as long as my pets safety and comfort can be maintained.
Apartment complex will charge pet rent.

1 large bedroom with 2 full sized closets. Large, north facing window with amazing views of the valley.
1 private bathroom.
In unit washer/dryer. This is honestly why I moved here in the first place, it’s amazing.
Fridge with built in water filter.
Dishwasher.
Large common space with TV, couch and large kitchen.
I'm happy if you cook just as long as you tidy up after!
Central AC and Heating.
4th Floor unit with an elevator.
Parking - Street, but it’s really easy. I never have to walk more than a block at the worst.
Amazon locker on site.
Non-Smoking building.
4 mins from Ralphs, 9 mins from Noho west, 14 mins from Burbank, 20 mins from Hollywood.
Rent is $1500 and includes all utilities. (Including high speed internet)
Deposit is 1 months rent.
