Private Bedroom & Bathroom in Noho!

Hi :) - my partner & I are looking for a roomate in our cute North Hollywood apartment! You will get a spacious bedroom, full private bathroom, and parking spot to yourself. We have central AC and heating, and laundry on-site. Utilities: Electricity and gas bill will be split evenly, water is paid for. Free WiFi! Room is about 142 sqft. Not including closet and the apartment all together is around 950 sqft. Living room already furnished. We are in our mid 20's, creative type, social but will give you as much privacy/space as you need. I know this is last second but we are hoping to find 1 person or another couple who is ready to move in sept 1st. $1,400 a month and $1,400 deposit required.

Ideal roomate:
Must be someone who is kind to animals, I have a 14 y/o senior Shih Tzu who is sensitive & high needs. He is quiet and sweet and sleeps most of the day, he means the world to me. We can occasionally be night owls when our schedules permit, so maybe someone who is the same way would be a good fit.
