1BR/1BA in 2B/2BA Sublease in North Hollywood

Hi, offering a room with a private bathroom (that doubles as guest bathroom as needed) in a spacious 2B/2BA in North Hollywood. I (33F) have been living here since 2018 and consider this space home. I would love to find a longer-term roommate looking for a place to also call home, but open to short stays (minimum 3 months.) It’s a cozy apartment with a huge living room space and gated parking.

I’m ideally looking for someone also 30s (but will consider 20s if you don't turn the apartment into a party house,) clean and respectful in their communication. The room is unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture, and happy to accommodate living room furniture too if you have any.

- Rent is $1475, 1 month deposit, sublease with a written contract between you and me, no new adds to the lease
- Utilities run $100-$200 monthly (electric, water, wifi, gas) - though electric does run high in summer months sometimes.

A bit about me: I’m a writer & executive assistant who works from home but doesn't necessarily stay "home" all day, I'll work with friends, work out of cafés, etc. I am a pretty social person and spend a lot of time out and about, but when I am home, I do value a relaxing/cozy environment. I'll meal prep one or two days out of the week usually, but will communicate with you to find the best time to do it.
