Spacious room with private bathroom in a 2bd/2bath apartment in North Hollywood. Available on or around September 1st.

Rent: $1400/month, plus utilities (approx. $200/month per person) and security deposit. Lease takeover through June 2027. I'm moving to Colorado for a job :( I've lived here over a year and really enjoy the apartment.

Neighbors are quiet and considerate.

ABOUT MY ROOMMATE:
My roommate is a writer working from home. She also pet-sits frequently so you will have the place to yourselves a lot of the time.

Looking for someone quiet, respectful, tidy, mindful of shared spaces, and working full time (ideally outside the home). If you keep a low-key lifestyle and take the party outside the apartment, you two will get along well. Happy to share a glass of wine, but she is not looking for a best friend, just a good roommate :)

Preferably no pets, but open to discuss.

The living room/kitchen has plenty of space if you want to bring furniture or decor.
