TBD Early August Small Room - Right Next To Metro

Apologies, not doing in person meetings until I get more definitive info from the outgoing roommate, this is more of a feeler post for hopefully a short time!

Hey there, my roommate gave me the heads up for moving out by early August, and my other roommate also out late August, I'm on the search for two new roommates to occupy. This listing is for one roommate to take the smallest of the 3 rooms. Feel free to reach out to me and ask anything, questions are encouraged so nothing hopefully is missed before an in person visit. Until my roommate gives me the okay, I can't post a pic of the room itself, its big enough for a full bed, dresser next to it, there is a closet with rolling mirror doors, and enough space for another dresser or desk/small TV space, but here's the rest of the living space. Rest assured, when I can, gonna clean up what I can before new roommates come in. As far as utilities, they will be added on after as I'm in charge of Electricity and Trash which tends to be expensive split 3 ways (at the least 90ish every two months) especially depending on AC usage, but I'm all for splitting internet for whoever wants to open up an account!
