This is a 3 Bedroom apartment - I've been using the 3rd bedroom as my office, However I'm partially moving out of state. I'm Keeping my bedroom - but renting out this one.
The other bedroom is occupied by a male in his early 30s. He is chill, respectful, and keeps to himself. I'll be in the apartment once every few months when my work takes me back to LA.
This price is for the Room, Wifi, Gas, Water, Trash - All combined! - only additional you'll have to pay is the 6x a year electric bill that is split among everyone. This room is offered month to month.
Room is about 12x11. Super unique is that this room as a door that goes right outside (right next to outdoor space, grills, and Pool!). It also has a normal door to go to the rest of the apartment. Room is pictured with a desk, dresser, and rug. All of this can be removed unless you want to keep them in the room. This will share a bathroom with the other roommate
Apartment building is very quiet and secure. I have lived in this unit for over 10 years and I've never had any issues with anything at all. Parking is in a gated garage - Unless you have an oversized SUV, you're car will fit fine.
