Our townhouse is a quiet, light-filled retreat in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District. The home has an airy, open layout with large windows throughout, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere during the day while still feeling cozy at night. We’ve spent a lot of time making the space feel calm, comfortable, and lived-in — somewhere that feels restorative after a busy day in Los Angeles.

The main living area opens into a modern kitchen and dining space that’s great for cooking, working from home, or simply relaxing. Both bedrooms are spacious and private, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making the setup ideal for couples, roommates, collaborators, or guests. There’s also a private patio for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.

The neighborhood is one of our favorite parts of living here — walkable, creative, and convenient, with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and studios nearby, while still feeling tucked away and quiet inside the home.

We're going to be out of town June 26th through July 31st. So while the price is the monthly price, the sublet offers five weeks at the monthly rent price.
