Hi! My name is Maria, I’m 26 & I’m looking for someone to move in by June 1 in NoHo to my two-bedroom, fully furnished apartment!

I have two cats so no more critters if possible (unless you’ve got a critter in a tank, bring ‘em here 🦎 🐸 🐟)

I work in marketing, going into the office 4 days a week, and I would love to find a roommate who is clean, communicative, and an animal lover. My apartment has in-unit laundry, and the complex has two huge pools, two clubhouses, outdoor grill areas, two giant gyms with cardio equipment and free weights, a dance studio, a recording studio, movie room and art room & office space.

The apartment itself is north facing, with a gorgeous view of the mountains, and the noisiest it gets is when planes fly overhead from Burbank Airport (a 10/15 minute drive!)

The apartment is right off of the 170, 101 and 134, along with being next to the NoHo metro stop (hello red line to Dodgers Stadium!) We are also incredibly close to Burbank and Studio City along with the rest of the valley, and Hollywood, Silverlake, Echo Park and the rest of LA is easy to get to (barring typical LA traffic, ugh.)

The apartment is next to Magnolia and Vineland placing it at the heart of NoHo, with tons of cafes, eateries, bars, and more right within a 5/10 minute walk.

It comes with an INCLUDED parking space in a controlled entry garage, and our parking spots are right by the apartment itself. We have multiple controlled access package lockers, along with fob-access everywhere and if you have friends over (or food deliveries) our call box has video and remote access.

Rent is $1750 base with $22.50 for fiber internet, and approximately $100 for all utilities.
