A little about the area!

We are walking distance to some of our favorite valley gems and a 3 min drive away to all the coolest spots on Ventura Blvd. Some of our favorites include Aroma Coffee & Tea, Vitellos (great secret speakeasy underneath) and Laurel Tavern. There are also a bunch of cute locally owned boutique’s, if you’re into that sort of thing. Safe family/friendly neighborhood vibes.

A little about us!

We are a couple of chill, conscientious filmmaking nerds. When we’re not working, we enjoy board games, video games, and outdoor activities (tennis, spikeball, hiking, etc.). A majority of the time we work out of our living room, ideating, writing, and treating ourselves to the occasional YouTube blooper.

Our ideal roommate will work away from home but we are open to someone with a work at home job, so long as they’re comfortable with us occupying the living room Monday-Friday. We work in film, so day to day varies and occasionally we are gone for months at a time.
