We’re looking for a fourth roommate to join our apartment ASAP. The available space is private, right next to the kitchen, large closet space. Rent is $950/month, and that includes all utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.), so no extra bills to worry about.

About us: We’re all filmmakers, friendly and easy to get along with. Our schedules are pretty different—sometimes we don’t even see each other for a whole day—so while we’re cool to hang out, we don’t need to be super close or on top of each other. Importantly, we don’t party, so the apartment stays calm and respectful.
