Private room available in North Hollywood 2 bedroom apartment (near Speakeasy Fitness and Chiba Sushi). Looking for a professional female that doesn’t work from home, clean, respectful.

-Rent: $1200/month utilities included (water, power, WiFi, gas). Parking space is included if needed.

You will be added to the rental agreement and management requires the following:
- 2 valid forms of ID
- First month’s rent, security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus application fee required
- 3 latest pay stubs/proof of income

You will be renting a private bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Apartment is on the 3rd floor (the top floor) with high ceilings

-Laundry room in building

-No pets

-Smoke-free apartment
