Looking for a roommate

Looking for someone to take over my lease in North Hollywood starting in May (earlier move-in may be possible upon request). It’s a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse, and you’ll have your own private bathroom.

THIS ROOM WOULD BE COMPLETELY UNFURNISHED.

There are three roommates in their early to mid-20s (2 girls and 1 guy), and one cat. They’re all dancers and super cool!

Ok, a little about my roommates, they are all dancers. Theyre all very down to earth people & easy to talk to, in their 20s and they’re all very social people. Rico is the only guy in the house. And he’s the one who owns the cat. He loves to travel & go out. And he goes to a lot of concerts/festivals, so you guys might really get along. There’s Jaimi, She is a hot yoga instructor for two different studios. She’s barely home due to how much works. She has really great energy, and she is super talented. And last is Kaitlyn, She’s type-A personality but at the same time, she’s one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. She’s very outgoing. She works at whole foods, she can help get you discounts haha. Shes just so adorable. All of them are pretty clean and approachable. And everyone’s very respectful of the space as well. They are weed friendly, but they’re pretty good at keeping all the smoking outside.
