Hi! My sister and I are currently looking for a room mate for our apartment. $1,500 a month, utilities included (as well as speedy WiFi) for the sunny bedroom and private bathroom located at the back of the unit. The apartment gets beautiful natural light and has a nice view. The apartment is located in the NoHo arts district, very walkable with parking in the neighborhood. My sister and I both work full time (she works from home 2 days, 3 at the office) but have a full social life out of the house as well. We enjoy keeping comfortable communal spaces and sometimes will host a dinner or a friend gathering. We have 2 adorable cats, so looking for an animal lover with no pets. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
