I have a cute Hollywood style condo and I'm looking for a female to rent my master bedrood and share my 2 bedroom condo in Studio City and I'm renting it for $1300 including all utilities. I'm looking for a great person who must be trust worthy, a professional that doesn’t work from home, quiet, clean, non-smoker also must love animals as I have two super cool cats. The building is safe, it is gated with security cameras and has a pool. I have a washer & dryer in my condo, private patio and a shared bathroom that was newly remodeled with jacuzzi tub and bidet toilet. The large master bedroom is furnished and has a tempurpedic electric adjustable bed, desk and with a huge closet, large TV that includes Netflix & Amazon Prime and a ceiling fan. It is Walking distance to Tujunga Village with restaurants, bars and cute shops. This space is also a non-supporting Maga household. It is a 1 year lease with first & last month’s rent and also and a deposit of $800.
