I have one room left which is small room, shared bathroom, kitchen privileges, some living room access, bills are not included but are limited, however if planning to stay on a weekly stay or monthly stay bills will not all be included split/shared between tenants, which include Wi-Fi $60 monthly, gas bill $varies monthly, power bill every 2 months. Laundromat in building. Nice neighbors quite atmosphere near some department stores, bus access nearby parking available for one car only. I'm looking for a responsible, outgoing likes to communicate and easy to get along with. I'm open-minded when it comes to visitors id rather have none, but will consider. It's all females that are residing at apartment and I would like all of us feel comfortable when staying or leaving our home without worrying if the person I rent the room out too is going to respect my space as well as other tenants here, I like to respect people's boundaries. I'm looking for a person who is employed as well as likes to clean up after themselves. Pets not sure yet unless it's a need/must or its an emotional support dog, No big dogs. No cats. I have a pet lizard small and cute. I feel like we all can contribute in cleaning take trash out and take turns in cleaning bathroom aswell as if you use a kitchen or the stove. Please wash your dishes and the stove after use Or u can purchase disposable utensils. Refrigerators not working too well but the freezer is. I'm looking into buying a new one or any donations are acceptable as well. Rent is due every first of the month I like to have the rent turned in by the 1st so 31st will be okay no later than the 2nd of the month or there will be a late fee. If for whatever reason there's any inconveniences, please communicate and let me know. Ahead of time Communication is keyword here. My living situation matters to me and I'm hoping to find somebody that looks forward to being here for a long time even if it's for a short time I've had bad experience of these past 3 months and I'm looking forward to change and finding the perfect roommate.
