Large room with two closest, one a walk in, and a private full bathroom in a two story, 4 bathroom, 3 bedroom townhouse. In 4 townhouse lot. 2 spots are available in the back for our unit which is accessible by the back alley and there is plenty of street parking.

One incoming roommate has a small dog and I occasionally dog walk/sit so we’re looking for dog friendly roommates. We both are gay men so be LGBT friendly too. On the Burbank and North Hollywood border, near there are several great bars nearby, a dog park two blocks up, and the chandler bike path/exercise park half a mile south of us. Quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and good neighbors. Let me know if you have any other questions.
