How are you doing I'm Roxy I have a brand new ADU you this only one years old it's like almost 700 ft you have your side I have my side you have closets desk chair lamps bed everything you need and on my side I have the same we share the kitchen and the bathroom I work 7:30 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. Monday through Friday Saturday Sunday I'm off work no animals no smoking no snoring and no kids please parking is in front there's no street sweeping laundry is included once a week or even more if you pay utilities but we try to keep it down you know what I mean it's a very low key quiet atmosphere there's kids in front so no smoking or no loud boisterous stuff going on cussing and stuff everything is very mellow here so if you're interested in something nice and calm where you can just rest do your studies or go to work I'm here for you
