One bedroom available in a modern, clean, and furnished two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a smaller, newer elevator building. The bedroom is currently set up as a studio/office, but will be cleared to make room for you and your bedroom furniture, (picture #5).

Seeking a short-to-medium term adult roommate, (with potential for longer-term), who is employed, clean, quiet, stable and responsible. Open to all applicants.

The apartment will be shared with me - male, mid-forties, working in the music/touring business - and my two wonderfully well-behaved and loving twin German Shepherd/Golden Doodle sisters. Cher and Dion, (picture #6).

We have lived here on our own for over a year, but my touring schedule is very full this year, so I am seeking a roommate who is willing to help watch the girls (dogs) while I am away.

The total rent is $3400/month, but in exchange for your help walking/caring for the dogs while I am away, I am offering a reduced split rent of $1,250/month, (which includes utilities and cable/wifi).
