Room Available in North Hollywood Apartment

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in North Hollywood. Rent is $1135/month plus a shared electric bill.
The room itself is the master bedroom: 15ft by 11ft, very spacious with 2 large windows, a big closet with sliding mirror doors and its own air conditioner. (all furniture in the pictures are NOT included)
The apartment is on the second floor of the building with a decent sized living room and kitchen. The kitchen already has appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave) and the living room has a couch, tv stand, and dining table. It also has two outdoor balcony areas (one near the front door and one around the back, off the kitchen). Laundry is on site, right under the apartment (communal washer and dryer that costs 1 dollar each in quarters). There is also a laundromat 5 minutes away.
My roommates are two guys in their late 20s and early 30s. One of them I know from my acting class and the other is a comedy writer! Both very chill and easy to live with.
The neighborhood is great, and very cose to the main hub of the Arts district. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around and it’s a 10 minute drive to the Burbank malls, Universal studios and more!
