I'm looking for a respectful and responsible roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in North Hollywood / West Toluca Lake. My current roommate is moving out, and I hope to fill the private room by December 1st.

You'd get your own private bedroom with a separate, adjacent private bathroom—a huge plus!

Size & Features: This is a good-sized 950 sq. ft. apartment with modern essentials: A/C, oven, granite countertops, dishwasher, hardwood floors, and on-site laundry. We even have a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

Parking: Parking is hassle-free with a gated and assigned spot included, plus plenty of street and visitor parking around.

Location: We're tucked away on a lovely tree-lined street just off Lankershim in the West Toluca Lake area. It’s a hidden gem with easy walking access to fantastic local eats like Lotus Vegan, Chula's Mexican Grill, and The Rustic Spoon.

Commute: Super convenient freeway access to the 170, 101, and 134, making your Monday morning commute much easier.

Financials: The rent for the room is $1240/month. The deposit is also $1240. We split gas, water, electricity, internet, and home renters insurance 50/50.
