I’m seeking a clean, quiet, female roommate to rent one bed/bath in a two bedroom, two bath apartment.
The room: One bedroom with Large private bathroom. We would split the utilities.
Common ares: some of the furniture in the living room will be gone.
The building: Two story building with an elevator. Parking in a covered gated garage. Central AC/ Heat. Onsite laundry. There is an onsite property manager.
Proof of income and credit check is required by management and you will be added to the lease on a month-to-month basis.
Location: 10 minute drive to NoHo West, a shopping plaza with stores like Ulta, Trader Joe’s, Boba Time, Starbucks, Nordstrom Rack, and a major movie theater, etc.
About me: Quiet, friendly. I enjoy rooming with fellow creatives and/or folks who are focused on personal growth and positivity. No tolerance for drugs/ parties/smoking/vaping. I rarely have overnight or late night guests out of personal preference. I would prefer the same vibe. Must be okay with separate kitchen items and gadgets. Regarding pets, we can discuss. Move-in date Dec. 1, 2025 possibly sooner.
