Private Bedroom & Bathroom

Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a new roommate to share a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment in North Hollywood with me!

Amenities: Central AC, gas heating, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garage parking, huge patio, elevators, pool, hot tub, 2 gyms, sauna, dance studio, lounge spaces, guest parking, gated building, security guard, very responsive office and maintenance staff

Bedroom: Spacious private bedroom with a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and private patio entrance!

Location: Right at the center of the NoHo Arts District (apartment faces a large, quiet interior courtyard), super close to freeways, walking distance to Ralph’s, Amazon Fresh, NoHo Park, library, lots of dining options and 24 Hour Fitness, less than 10 minute drive to Trader Joe’s and Target, ~15 minute drive to Burbank IKEA, Walmart, and Universal. Also close to public transportation options like the metro and buses.

Move in date: Around Dec 12th to January (if you need a little more flexibility, let me know!)

Rent: $1565.45. Utilities are split and come out to ~$150. You’ll be signing a year lease with me. With the new lease, they’ll likely be increasing our rent to TBD exactly what (we should find out in the next month or so), but we’ve been able to negotiate in the past so that it increased only 0.79% last year and 3% the previous year - better than rent-controlled rates!

A little about me: I’m in my 20s and am looking for someone similar who is clean, considerate, and responsible (females preferred, please), and no pets preferably. I work in TV and starting in Jan, I’ll be WFH only 1 day a week. I’m down to hang out with a roomie, but I also value my quiet time :)
