We Share the common areas but we mostly keep to ourselves. Big 2000 sq ft house 5 bedroom ish /3 baths. Everyone gets their own bathroom
We don’t really hang out in the living room, we all respect each others space and privacy and spread out. We each have our own fridge, there are 3 here, and each have our own dedicated kitchen counter and Cabinet space. Big yard to hang out in and bbq. Nice 2000’ home. House is furnished, your rooms are unfurnished. You park on the street right in front of the house . No street sweeping or tickets. Quiet safe street. Utilities are split 3 ways.. avg $200 per person per month. Less in winter more in summer. We are a couple of musicians, mellow, around 50. we welcome anyone sane stable and reliable. Need to have legitimate income. No smoking in the house, no crazies. No parties. Quiet, mellow safe house. Landlord will want to run background and credit and sign a month to month lease .
