You get your own 2 bedrooms 1 small and 1 large and private bath. Upstairs. Share the common areas but we mostly keep to ourselves. Big house 5 bedroom ish /3 baths. We don’t really hang out in the living room, we all respect each others space and privacy. We each have our own fridge, lots of fridges. Big yard to hang out in and bbq. Nice 2000’ home. You park on the street right in front. No tickets. Utilities are split 3 ways.. avg $200 per person per month. Less in winter more in summer. Old roomate will be gone before the end of the month. We are a couple of musicians around 50. we welcome anyone sane stable and reliable. Need to have legitimate income. Pass a credit and background check. Non smoker, no crazies. No parties. Quiet, mellow safe house. Landlord will want to run background and credit and sign a month to month lease .
