I go through busy phases of hardly being home, and then other times I may be spending lots of time at home---so I like it to be mostly a quiet, comfortable place. I am a pretty health-conscious person and love to exercise and stay active (I have become obsessed with Bünda, an amazing fitness studio just 7 minutes down the street). In the past I have had a few wonderful roommates. We would be able to have dinner or just hang out and talk. But we also had very separate lives, and often didn't see each other for days at a time. But because we respected the place and each other, I felt at home.....and that is what I hope to find again.
