Looking for a roommate to rent out private room and private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story townhome in North Hollywood. In unit laundry and a parking space included! October 20st move in preferred but I'm flexible. Can provide updated photos/tours if needed! I'm a young liberal professional working in the TV industry and would prefer a female roommate the same age range and similar lifestyles

Available bedroom has ceiling fan/light is approx. 10.5ft by 11ft with very high ceilings. Bathroom has bathtub/shower combo. Closet dimensions 46in x 22in deep. Previous roommate added IKEA shelving on one wall but can be removed.

There is underground tandem parking and a washer/dryer in-unit on the 2nd floor next to the bedrooms. The downstairs shared living room and kitchen are already fully furnished. Kitchen has dishwasher and fridge with ice/water dispenser.

Rent is $1700 + utilities. Rent includes bi-weekly professional cleaning service of common areas. If you would like your room and bathroom to be added, that would be an additional monthly cost.

This townhome complex is a newer building, 2008, 7 units total, and on a quiet cul de sac that opens up for pedestrians to use the Chandler bike path/walkway. This unit is street facing with a small patio on the ground floor and only shares 1 wall. It is close to the WB/Disney/Universal lots, the NoHo Arts District with great bars and restaurants, a Ralphs, as well as the 5, 134, 101, and 170 freeways.
