This is a comfortable private bedroom on the 3rd floor of our 4 floor townhouse in Toluca Lake/North Hollywood! The photos attached are from the previous tenant and it’s furnished differently now! We have a spacious rooftop, and a living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor with another half bathroom. Our house is tucked away from the main street and it’s super private and safe. Your room has its own bathroom attached to the room, a closet with a sliding door and a medium size window. Our house is completely furnished, but your room would be empty upon arrival for you to fill your space, and your things are welcome in our shared space as well! Rent is $1650 per month, the security deposit is $1500, and utilities are separate and they usually end up being around $200 for Internet, water and power. We also have a laundry unit!
