I have a large and charming house in the Studio City area just south of NoHo which is a very safe and family-oriented neighborhood. Fantastic location for getting around LA! I take pride in renting rooms to good solid people I can connect with and enjoy. My set-up includes all you need: furnishings, full kitchen, utilities, WiFi, monthly housekeeping, smart TV, the works. Just bring your clothes and personal items and you’re set. We are friendly and normal, drama-free and professional. Please know we keep a vegan lifestyle here and you must love kitties and small friendly dogs. This is truly a gem of a space. The space is for one person but I will consider two if short-term and there would be an additional $20/day, thank you. My home is colorful and comfy, there is fantastic positive energy and it’s a supportive environment. I have a gorgeous backyard filled with bougainvillea and squirrels/birds. It’s peaceful here. I mostly rent on Airbnb but it’s been a little slow lately so I hoped I’d find a wonderful person here!
